Delivery Information & Costs
At Gloweasy we're proud to offer a fast and straight-forward delivery service. Choose which items you want to buy and decide where you'd like them sent, and we'll take care of everything. On receipt of order, manufacture and delivery (sent "Signed For") is normally completed within 28 days. for the most up to date progress information regarding your order.
Your package can be delivered to wherever is most convenient to you - so don't forget to decide whether you'd like your items delivered to your home or work address.
We are now taking orders from abroad and welcome individual enquiries.

Returns Policy
At Gloweasy we want you to be delighted every time you purchase our products. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items, so below is our returns policy. The Gloweasy "no quibbles" returns policy means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in it's original condition, and with the relevant paperwork within 28 days, and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item excluding P&P. You are advised to notify us as soon as possible.
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and your costs in returning it to us. Otherwise you will be responsible for those charges and the costs of any other services provided to you in connection with your purchase, for example special packaging and recorded delivery etc.
To return an item, please enclose a note giving the reason for the return or e mail correspondence, wrap the package securely and send the package to the address below. In the case of a defective product, please provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item in its original packaging.
